Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product Design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.

We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant, and selling our robots globally. We built a whole ecosystem and rely on well-established partnerships to achieve our ambitious projects. We are looking for passionate, creative and curious experts to join us.

As an AI Architect at Enchanted Tools, you will define and lead AI developments related to our robotic products. You will play a key role in designing and deploying language models (LLMs), speech recognition and synthesis (ASR, TTS), as well as reinforcement learning (RL) and learning from demonstration (LfD).

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy advanced AI models (LLMs, VLMs) on edge devices with performance and latency constraints.

• Optimize, reduce, and distill existing models for edge computing.

• Implement scalable data pipelines for data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

• Improve technical workflows, data governance policies, and the company's cloud practices.

• Collaborate daily with diverse teams (mechatronics, data scientists, software engineers) to integrate AI into robotic products.

• Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements to maintain the company's competitive edge.

• Engage with leadership (CEO, CTO) to align technical vision with strategic objectives.

Example Projects:

• Developing a low-latency voice interaction module for our service robots.

• Optimizing an embedded object recognition model for autonomous navigation.

• Creating imitation learning algorithms for complex robotic gestures.

• 5+ years of experience in AI applied to robotics or human-machine interaction (LLM, NLP, RAG).

• Proven expertise in model optimization (fine-tuning, distillation, pruning).

• Experience designing large-scale data pipelines (cloud platforms, AI deployment, monitoring).

• Knowledge in reinforcement learning (RL) or learning from demonstration (LfD) – a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English.
