At Enchanted Tools, we are bringing a new generation of robots to life.
Combining world-class engineering expertise and the power of imagination, we plan to make everyone’s life better with robotic characters. Our robots can glide, grasp and interact with their environment, tackling concrete issues and needs.
Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.
We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale. We built a whole ecosystem and rely on well-established partnerships to achieve our ambitious projects. We are looking for passionate, creative and curious experts to join us.

We are opening a new role at Enchanted Tools that will be strategic to the development of the company. We are looking for a Business Developer to join our Business Development and Partnerships team. You will be operating at an international level, liaising with potential partners and clients all over the world, focusing on those sectors of activity:
-Research
-Retail / Logistics
-Hospitality
The main challenges will be to:
-Have an excellent understanding of what we do: understanding of what are “social logistics”, the versatility of our products’ use cases, the complexity of our ecosystem and commercial targets
-Have a strong commercial approach, an ability to understand complex matters and have meaningful conversations with our existing clients & commercial targets
Main tasks:
Proactively identify business opportunities + qualify incoming leads
Create strong relationships with our targets, be able to vulgarize our activity and answer their technical questions
Help define a sales strategy and adapt it to every sector / country
Prepare Business Development reports, presentations, and briefing books
Implement the sales administration process
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Take part to our events and identify potential commercial opportunities
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Background in Engineering + Sales (bac+5)
Native French level
Excellent level of English, spoken and written
Strong experience in communicating with Researchers
Experience working with technical hardware products, able to quickly learn complex technical concepts
Strong understanding of and interest in our value proposition, our product, our mission and values
Experience with all aspects of B2B and B2B2C technology sales, including pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, and closing opportunities
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving skills
