Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.
We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale. As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Communication & Marketing team's efforts globally, to drive demand, promote brand awareness, and enable the sales team through various channels.
Your responsibilities will span across key marketing functions, including digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and events enablement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Requirements
Working with the Head of Communication & Marketing to create, design, and implement a global digital-first marketing strategy to support and drive sales goals, focusing on MQLs, SQLs, and ultimately ARR generated from marketing.
Excellent content writing skills to develop compelling marketing materials, such as whitepapers, newsletters, case studies, and blog posts.
Maintain regular bi-directional communication with the sales team about marketing programs and performance.
Assist in creating, localizing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising. According to the yearly plan.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of demand generation campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
Monitor lead quality and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff.
Fluent in English and French with excellent grammar and writing skills. A third language will be a plus.
Prior 3 to 5 years marketing experience, preferably within an agency, B2B SaaS or technology company.
Experience in building digital marketing campaigns
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such Hubspot, Social Media ads Managers…
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
Creativity, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work collaboratively, with teams from diverse backgrounds
Ability to identify priorities, organize your work autonomously
Dynamic, with excellent communication and public-speaking skills, ability to participate actively in events
Strong interest in new technologies and robotics
