Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.

We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale. Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Field Installation Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation and configuration of our solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure SDK and API based on customer requirements.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective installation services.

  • Customize UX according to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.

  • Educate and train customers on product use, ensuring optimal utilization of our solutions.

  • Develop diagnostic tools to streamline troubleshooting processes.

  • Facilitate an open-source community around the SDK, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

  • Document best practices and procedures for installation and configuration.

  • Provide feedback for product improvement based on field experience and customer feedback.

Profile

A significant experience in a mechatronic field service-related position is highly appreciated.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Python and C++ programming languages.

  • Experience with hardware installation is an advantage.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of resolving issues on-site.

Soft Skills:

  • Adaptability to different customer environments and requirements.

  • Proactive and responsive attitude towards customer needs and inquiries.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Structured and process-oriented approach to installation and configuration tasks.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and find solutions to complex problems.
