We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale. Job description

Working with the multidisciplinary R&D team, you will participate in the development and hardware optimization of a humanoid robot.

Your missions will be as follows:

  • Prototyping phase

Manage the assembly of complex prototype assemblies according to schedule: ensure the launch of part manufacturing in close collaboration with our service providers, then qualify and validate the assembly of assemblies before delivery.

Participate in Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly with R&D and suppliers to end up with the best compromises in terms of Performance, Quality, and Cost.

Organize prototype manufacturing to detect product design or process failures and correct them through action plans.

Validate components and sub-assemblies (dimensional/shock/vibration/thermal endurance) using simulation or test benches.

Consult technical data on SolidWorks (mechanical), or Atlium (Electronics).

  • To prepare product industrialization

Produce industrialization documentation (Work instructions, jigs design, quality control pans, FMEA)

Manage supplier exchanges in France and abroad.

Profile

You have an engineering background and initial experience overseeing the design and industrialization of a complex and innovative product.

Your technical skills :

Knowledge and experience in Electronics and/or Mechatronics

Mastery of geometries, ISO dimensioning

Mastery of material selection and manufacturing processes

Mastery of RDM / Analytical calculations

Management of digital mock-ups

Mastery of reference drawings, assembly drawings, exploded views, Assy-processes

Cross-disciplinary skills :

You can make proposals in your field of expertise

You are creative and propose solutions that meet design requirements

You are a problem-solver and solution-oriented

You are keen to share your knowledge with other engineers
