Enchanted Tools is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join and strengthen our Houston team. The team is composed of 4 engineers, and is responsible for structuring and executing activities related to the company's products and projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex product development projects. You will work closely with the other members of the Houston team, development teams and partners to ensure project quality and success.
Responsibilities
Manage the company's product development projects from planning to delivery.
Coordinate development teams, clients, and partners to ensure project success.
Define project budgets and deadlines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes building the work plan and estimating efforts.
Plan necessary resources for projects, including team members and external actors.
Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues that may impact project success.
Be able to manage scheduling or resource conflicts and propose solutions
Ensure project quality by monitoring results and conducting regular quality controls. This includes implementing KPIs and tools to monitor them.
Implement tools and methods to monitor development progress.
Understand the technical aspects of the product
Requirements
University degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing complex projects.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
