Responsibilities

• Manage the robot development and industrialisation from planning to delivery.

• Help PMO to build a first version of the project management process, define and apply the methods and tools to support it.

• Define measurable project objectives, including milestones and deadlines, for on-time, within-budget delivery meeting quality expectations. Implement KPIs and tools to monitor results and ensure ongoing project quality through regular controls.

• Develop cross-functional actions to achieve the project objectives, by coordinating development teams, clients, industrialisation and partners.

• Be able to manage scheduling or resource conflicts and propose solutions.

• Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues that may impact project success. This involves to support R&D teams in escalating and formulating risks at their level.

• Take budgetary factors and constraints into account and factor them into technical trade-offs

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing complex projects.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
